Frequently asked questions

How do I find my perfect fit?

Our patterns are designed for a relaxed, modern silhouette that prioritizes movement. We recommend choosing your standard size for the intended "comfort-first" look. If you are between sizes or prefer a more tailored, body-skimming fit, we suggest sizing down.

Pro Tip: Check the "Size & Fit" tab in the description.

How do I know I can trust this brand?

We are a small, founder-led brand, not a faceless corporation. We believe in radical transparency, which is why you can see our production process and the hands behind your clothes right here on our site. We use secure, industry-standard payment gateways (like Klarna and Apple Pay) and provide tracked shipping for every order. If you have any doubts, you can reach out to us directly via email or chat; we’re real people who care about your experience as much as we care about our clothes.

Why are Awearers pieces priced higher than high-street brands?

Unlike mass-market fashion, our price reflects the "True Cost" of a garment. We don't use cheap synthetic blends that pill or lose shape; we use 100% plastic free fabrics. Every piece is made in a small European atelier where we pay fair wages, rather than in high-volume factories. You aren't just paying for a dress; you’re investing in a piece that will last for years, ethically made from Earth-friendly materials. It’s a move away from "disposable" fashion toward enduring quality.

Is it difficult to care for these pieces?

Quality shouldn't be high-maintenance. To keep your piece in "Atelier" condition, machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with similar colors. We recommend air drying to preserve the fiber integrity and save energy. Because Tencel™ is naturally more wrinkle-resistant than linen, a quick light steam is all you need to return it to its original drape.

Where is my clothing produced?

Transparency is our core. Every Awearers garment is hand-cut and sewn in our small, independent atelier in Bucharest, Romania. By producing in small batches under one roof, we eliminate the waste of mass production and ensure every seam meets our high quality standards. You aren't just buying a dress; you are supporting European craftsmanship and a low-carbon supply chain.

What is your return policy for international orders?

We want your Awearers piece to be a long-term staple in your wardrobe. If it’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all EU orders (including Germany, Sweden, Denmark, and The Netherlands). Simply ensure the item is in its original condition. For our Northern European customers, we provide clear instructions to make the return process as seamless as the delivery.
